What is life like at camp?
Camp NEOSA is a Christian faith-based summer camp owned and operated by The Salvation Army. We believe #CampChangesLives and we aim to:

We want every camper to know the love of Jesus and have a life changing experience at camp! The moment you set foot on camp you become part of our camp fam – and the relationships you form will last a lifetime.
What about Accomodations?
Meals and housing are provided for all staff. We have four cabins and a staff lodge to house the staff in community style living. Laundry facilities are provided. Staff also receive $50 for the summer towards our camp store for apparel and snacks.
Where is Camp?
Camp NEOSA is located on beautiful Leesville Lake. We are about 2 hours south of Cleveland, 45 minutes south of Canton, and 2.5 hours east of Columbus. The nearest city is Carrollton which is a small town about 10 minutes to the north. There you can find local and chain restaurants as well as groceries and other necessities.
Any other Benefits?
Besides an amazing summer experience, there are other benefits of working at Camp NEOSA. Our staff lounge includes couches with a big screen TV and wide selection of movies and entertainment. We also have a gaming area with an XBOX and a PlayStation. We also have other table games including ping pong, pool, foosball, and air hockey. Fiber internet is available around most of camp to stay connected.
What are the dates and Salary?
Leadership Orientation starts June 8th.
All staff arrive June 10th.
Camp Ends July 28th
Most positions start at $2,250 for the summer. Returning staff earn $50 increase for each year they return (up to 5 years). Opportunities for leadership and advancement are available. Internship opportunities are also available!
